Amazon has not announced its 2026 dates yet. Last year it announced on 13 November that its Black Friday Week would run from 20 November to 1 December. That sale started about a week before Black Friday itself and ran past Cyber Monday. This year may follow a similar pattern, and this page will change the day the 2026 dates are confirmed.

When not to wait

  • You need it now. A broken charger or a gift for this week is worth more than a maybe.
  • You have not chosen a model. A deal on the wrong product is not a saving. Read the guide first.
  • It is a small, cheap item. Cables and cases save you little in pounds, so waiting rarely pays.

How to check a Black Friday deal is real

  1. Know the price today. Before the sale, open the product and note what it costs now. That is your yardstick.
  2. Check the price history. A free price tracker charts what an Amazon listing cost over past weeks and months. A real deal is a drop against that chart, not just a crossed-out price.
  3. Use your Wish List. Add the items you want to an Amazon Wish List now and watch for price drops. You will not need to refresh a page all night.
  4. Check the exact model. Match the name and model to the one you chose. A bargain on an older or different version is not the deal you wanted.
  5. Compare before you buy. A quick look at one other UK shop takes a minute and tells you if the price is good.
  6. Decide your limit first. Set the most you will pay for each item. If the deal does not reach it, skip it. There is always another sale.
